Eastwood
A student suburb with settled families in it
Eastwood carries two migration profiles at once. Macquarie Park next door makes it a student and graduate area, while long-settled households are working on the family side — parents to sponsor, a partner offshore, a second-stage application due. Those need quite different advice, and we would rather not treat them as one thing.
Students and graduates
Subclass 500 conditions and course progress, provider transfers done in the right order, and subclass 485 timed from course completion for graduates of Macquarie University and nearby providers.
Working in Macquarie Park
The technology and pharmaceutical employers next door sponsor regularly. Subclass 482 nomination and the permanent 186 route, weighed against applying on points under 189 or 190.
Sponsoring parents
Honest timeframes for the parent visa categories before you spend anything, and where a sponsored family visitor visa is the realistic interim step.
Partner applications
Onshore 820 then 801, offshore 309 then 100, including second-stage applications that are quietly coming due.
What we advise on

Every card states who it suits and the usual sticking point. Full detail is on the immigration services page.

- Watch

How we work
Four steps, and you know where you stand at step two
You should know whether an application is viable before you spend money on it. If it is not yet, we say so and set out what would change that.
- 01
Tell us your situation
Visa status, qualifications, work history, family. The enquiry form below covers most of it.
- 02
Consultation and assessment
A registered agent maps your realistic options, the evidence needed, and the honest timeline — including the case for not applying yet.
- 03
A written quote, then the work
Fixed professional fees agreed before anything starts. Document preparation, drafting and lodgement.
- 04
Through to the decision
We respond to requests from the Department and keep you informed until the outcome, rather than going quiet after lodgement.
